SEMIDUKEN DK20S60NXD is a 600V 20A three phase full bridge intelligent power module designed for inverter motor drive applications. It integrates 6 low loss trench gate field stop IGBTs, a high voltage gate driver circuit, built in bootstrap diode, and multiple protection functions in a compact DIP25 package. This IPM is well suited for home appliance inverter systems that require stable switching performance, compact design, and reliable protection. It is widely used in air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, low power inverters, and other brushless DC motor control systems.
